Schedule is too pack!
So sorry..I couldn't manage to complete 500 sit ups..today's routine is too pack..but I will redo today's mission tomorrow. I have too.

Lets go for ABS !!!
Fuuhh. As promise, I did my first workout today (27th June 2016). My first steps, baby steps, toddler steps to make myself better than yesterday. But sadly, I failed to do 3 sets for each exercise. Maybe because I am pushing myself too much on my first day.
In one hour, I manage to do:

- 10 minutes jog on treadmill.
- 3 set of Dumbbell Squeeze Press.
- 2 set of Inclined Dumbbell Press.
- 2 set of Weighted Push Ups.
- 1 set of Diamond Push Ups.
- 1 set of Cable Fly.
- 2 set of Decline Dumbbell Press.
Disappointing with my current strength, but I have no reason to quit. I have to try harder next time. So for tomorrow, I'm planning to change to ABS exercises. basically, all kind of sit ups can provide same results. So, through the day (28th June 2016), I will complete at least 500 of sit ups. more than that is a bonus for me. Would you like to join me? or maybe give some advice later? you are most welcome to do so. See you tomorrow. Lets do this!!!

Lets do some WORKOUT
Hello there, basically I am new to this blogging. I would like to do some workout starting tomorrow and do some changes to my body. I did try before this but maybe because I'm not that FOCUS. So, I would like to give it another shot. So, I might need some advice from you guys/girls out there who know more about it. Tomorrow (27th June 2016), I will focus on CHEST first.
The third exercise I pick is Weighted Push Ups, which harder than normal push ups and can force my muscle to work harder i think. Since i use both hands, so the weight should start from 10 kg, 12 kg and 14 kg with 12, 10 and 8 reps.
The first exercise is Dumbbell Squeeze Press. Basically, it will focus on inner chest. 3 Set, maybe I will start with 6 kg, 8 kg, and 10 kg with 12, 10 and 8 reps.
The second exercise I choose to do is Inclined Dumbbell Press, which focus on upper and outer chest. Also go for 3 set with same weight and same reps.
Next exercise is Close Grip Push Ups, maybe just the same with Diamond Push Ups which focus on inner chest. since it is already harder than normal push ups, so i won't add any weight for now. same reps.
Then I will go for Cable Fly. I think the cable can provide constant tension through the entire movement which could possibly concentrate both inner and outer chest. I will go for 6 kg, 8 kg and 10 kg with 12, 10 and 8 reps.
Last but not list, I pick the Decline Dumbbell Press which focus on lower outer chest. I will use the same weight and the same reps.
After done doing all 6 exercises, maybe I will do push ups until failure and do some sit ups before cooling down. I already bought my supplement which cost me RM 200 for this month. I hope I can get some improvement at the end of the month. So if anyone like to join or help me, please do follow my blog and we can share information through the time.
