Lets do some WORKOUT

Hello there, basically I am new to this blogging. I would like to do some workout starting tomorrow and do some changes to my body. I did try before this but maybe because I'm not that FOCUS. So, I would like to give it another shot. So, I might need some advice from you guys/girls out there who know more about it. Tomorrow (27th June 2016), I will focus on CHEST first.


The first exercise is Dumbbell Squeeze Press. Basically, it will focus on inner chest. 3 Set, maybe I will start with 6 kg, 8 kg, and 10 kg with 12, 10 and 8 reps. 


The second exercise I choose to do is Inclined Dumbbell Press, which focus on upper and outer chest. Also go for 3 set with same weight and same reps.


The third exercise I pick is Weighted Push Ups, which harder than normal push ups and can force my muscle to work harder i think. Since i use both hands, so the weight should start from 10 kg, 12 kg and 14 kg with 12, 10 and 8 reps.


Next exercise is Close Grip Push Ups, maybe just the same with Diamond Push Ups which focus on inner chest. since it is already harder than normal push ups, so i won't add any weight for now. same reps.


Then I will go for Cable Fly. I think the cable can provide constant tension through the entire movement which could possibly concentrate both inner and outer chest. I will go for 6 kg, 8 kg and 10 kg with 12, 10 and 8 reps. 


Last but not list, I pick the Decline Dumbbell Press which focus on lower outer chest. I will use the same weight and the same reps.

After done doing all 6 exercises, maybe I will do push ups until failure and do some sit ups before cooling down. I already bought my supplement which cost me RM 200 for this month.  I hope I can get some improvement at the end of the month.
