Lets go for ABS !!!

Fuuhh. As promise, I did my first workout today (27th June 2016). My first steps, baby steps, toddler steps to make myself better than yesterday. But sadly, I failed to do 3 sets for each exercise. Maybe because I am pushing myself too much on my first day.
In one hour, I manage to do:

  1. 10 minutes jog on treadmill.
  2. 3 set of Dumbbell Squeeze Press.
  3. 2 set of Inclined Dumbbell Press.
  4. 2 set of Weighted Push Ups.
  5. 1 set of Diamond Push Ups.
  6. 1 set of Cable Fly.
  7. 2 set of Decline Dumbbell Press.
Disappointing with my current strength, but I have no reason to quit. I have to try harder next time. So for tomorrow, I'm planning to change to ABS exercises. basically, all kind of sit ups can provide same results. So, through the day (28th June 2016), I will complete at least 500 of sit ups. more than that is a bonus for me. Would you like to join me? or maybe give some advice later? you are most welcome to do so. See you tomorrow. Lets do this!!!
